At Surf N' Wear Beach House, we want you to be completely stoked with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and surfboards are securely padded.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
